Big For Our Britches accepts all major credit cards, money orders, and checks. Once you place an order on our website, you can consider the shirts en route unless you hear from us. If shirts are backordered, we'll make every effort to give you a delivery schedule. Feel free to contact us at any time regarding your order status.

If you need to return an item

Unused merchandise in pristine condition* can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of customer's receipt of order. Late returns (30-60 days) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns after 60 days, please. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

*You might ask, “What is pristine condition?” Kindly ensure that shirts are unworn, carefully folded and include no dog hair. Return the shirt with instructions, such as “Please exchange for another size,” or “Please return for refund.” Including your phone number or email address is helpful, if we need to clarify your instructions. Please also include the original B4OB receipt that accompanied your original order. In the case of size exchanges, an additional shipping/handling charge should be included, as follows: a charge of $3.95 will be applied to orders/exchanges of $49.99 or less; a charge of $5.95 for orders/exchanges between $50 and $99.99.
